A competency based curriculum designed to assist individuals with disabilities seeking employment to develop or restore effective work behaviors and the basic skills of daily living to function effectively both in and out of the workplace and to achieve a higher level of independence.
Training needs are determined by an assessment and are tailored toward the specific goals of the client. The service is provided across 55 individual sessions.
The client should have a vocational goal before receiving this service.
