Gateway works in conjunction with the Division of Rehabilitation Services (DRS) to assess and train individuals to find competitive employment. Individuals must first contact DRS to request services.
Services are determined by a Planning Meeting with the client, DRS Counselor and Gateway’s Assessment Specialist as well as any other relevant parties. At that meeting, the team decides which of the listed services best meets the client’s needs and who will be responsible.
DRS assists with transportation expenses to enable the client to access the services.
